Every time I call AAC my questions/concerns are answered thoroughly and if something needs to be addressed, it always is in a timely fashion. Also, this past weekend I had the pleasure of speaking with Marilyn Allen at a conference directly and she took the time to address concerns of mine, give me fresh ideas about practicing and made it very clear that I could reach out to her and her team directly, at any time. It added to my satisfaction of being insured by AAC!
Great coverage for the money, especially with the new limits of $2M/$4M for the same cost. Customer service has been professional, courteous and informative when I have had questions.
