Terrible experience with Northwestern. After many back and forths I was told at the last minute that I would not receive LTC insurance by a state deadline despite having only received my form at midnight the day of. I was not told on the phone or in email about them closing WA submissions nor did I receive responses to my numerous emails looking to confirm that I had submitted my forms.
