If i could rate this service at no stars i would. Last time i went here a few years ago, the guy told my doctor over the phone that i was nothing but fat and lazy and needed to get a job. I wasnt working at the time because of a mental breakdown due to work place bullying after dealing with cancer and didnt leave the house unless someone was with me. The reviews over the year's i wished i hadnt ever gone there and read them 1st.
Disgraceful, and bordering on callous disregard for the people with mental illness. If this service is the gold standard of mental health support in Victoria then may God help us!
I called to cancel an appointment- was told I could book a new one in the following weeks. Call up and they have said that was a lie and I need a new referral- can’t get into my doctor till end of jan. going off my meds myself if something happens to me I’ll make sure they know they are responsible- terrible soulless people
I'm sick to death with this so called mental health service. My son has been at crisis point now for the third time. No help, no follow up medication. Unable to contact them. He is currently withdrawing and in a seriously bad head space. North Western health consider your services to be on notice if there should be a misadventure I will find you totally responsible.
Most traumatizing psychology of my life. Zero accountability.
