Worst experience ever! Not only did they not know what they were doing, how much meds to give me, botched my care, had me stay longer because they caused me to septic for improper cleaning of their medical equipment. I paid all the bills last year and now they sent more bill saying I need to pay more when I spoke with a rep last year telling me I paid for everything. Best care anywhere. treated my husbands stomach cancer plus his surgery & also referred to Dr Katz in rheumatology who got his gout under control.
Cannot day enough good things about Northwestern. Doctors, nurses and specialist especially the Oncology Department is the best in the nation! So professional! The caliber of the people here far exceed any other hospitals we have been to! We have been to many!

Deserved a zero !! Husband had hip replace ments 6 weeks apart stayed on 14 west Feinberg. Ist time nurses and treatment good Nancy Foster nurse manager very friendly concerned. 6 weeks later Nancy the nurses rude could have cared less!!! Made us feel like we were an inconvenience to the completely. The only people that went out of there way for anything was Devon from dietary !!! Probably the very best Post-Op care we have experienced thru our lifetimes. 2 Kidney transplants, gall bladder removal, Lung Lobectomy, CT scans, MR'Is, blood tests, x-rays, etc. Never a problem, complete written results, always a very detailed review and medical check after every procedure.
