Excellent place to go. took really good care of my daughter .didn't wait too long either.. they treated her really good and ran a lot of tests until they found out what was really wrong.. all staff members were very nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend going there. If no need to go to the hospital. My daughter took a little longer because she was really sick. I can only speak for some of the staff here, but let me tell you from what I do know, the kids doctors here are absolutely awful. There is one of them which is worse than the other, and I won't mention any names but let me say, this doctor talks down to the patients and does not speak to them as if they are a person. Not to mention this doctor never seemed to learn what an inside voice is, as they are constantly speaking at levels so loud it could be considered a shout. Since NW Med took this place over it's becoming near impossible to call a nurse. Appointments to see a doctor from a couple days to a couple weeks. If you access another clinic do so. As I'm writing this I'm still working several weeks to get a referral.
