Not enough providers, waited for hours for my mom to be taken care of in an emergency with only three people in the waiting room.
I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. I usually take my appointments to Northwestern Memorial downtown. Never ever have issues at Northwestern Memorial. But I needed to get in sooner for imagining and Woodstock was the hospital with the soonest appointment. I arrived early and wasn’t expecting to get in sooner, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming. But it seems to be other staff were ridiculing me for coming early. DO NOT come to Woodstock Northwestern Medicine if you need stitches. You are better off taking the time to go to Huntley, Harvard, or even MercyHealth Urgent Care. We came in so a family member could get stitches in his finger. The wait time start to finish was 5+ hours. There was a handful of patients to come in after us, and leave before us, even though the waiting area was practically empty for hours at a time.
