Unacceptable treatment of existing patients. Very unfortunate. I drove 30 minutes to find out I "canceled my appointment" 5 minutes before start (how? Nobody knows!) and they told me they couldn't see me (even though I was on time) because somehow in those 5 minutes they filled it in with an emergency. I took a day off for this appointment, gross disrespect for patients and their time. If I could give it 0 starts I would.
