Today I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Northwestern imaging Center in Vernon Hills. We arrived for an ultrasound on my son's neck at 10:00 a.m., the appointment was scheduled for 10:30. Finally at 10:17 a.m. I asked one of the front desk representatives why 5 people who checked in after my son, we're being called ahead of us. Overcharged by $200 up front for CT scan. Was told by employee that I would not have been refunded if I had not called. Check your bills vs. insurance claims. This is fraud
