The staff working with patients are exceptional, especially Kim and John. The supervisors, Kathy and Ashley, showed no compassion for the family of a dying man. In fact, they were very rude. One even said to a daughter, "Let me be clear, he is not dying tonight!" Totally cruel and how would she know when he is dying. Even after he was put on hospice they would not allow more than 4 visitors at a time. We caused no noise or trouble in the room.
