Arrived for my scheduled appointment today to find out it had been cancelled mistakenly by the office without my knowledge. The women in the office did not even offer to look into why this happened or apologize for the extreme inconvenience. This is unacceptable treatment of a patient and I would like it to be looked into. Despite incredible doctors, this is not the first time I have had serious issue with the office and admin at Northwestern Medicine.
