Avoid the Physical Therapy here. They bill as if they are in-patient hospital services. They apply extra CPT codes to boost the billing. A 30 minute session can have as much as three separate codes applied each one billing at $200 to $600+. Sure if you have insurance it gets discounted, but 12 sessions of PT ended up costing me a lot even with insurance. It is excessive and the services rendered certainly did not equal the cost. The treatment did nothing to help me and the 5 minutes of 'exercises' that they then billed at $2... read more

They canceled my daughter’s much needed OT appointment claiming she needed a specialist. Ignoring her doctors referral saying otherwise. We went to ATI instead. NW needs to do better. The website claims they help stroke patients but Joy & Linda at the facility said they don’t. ATI is more than capable to help my daughter. NW apparently isn’t.

Beautiful office, great staff, and ... read more

Had a physical with Dr. Stoecker and she was amazing. I used to go to Loyola but didn't like their customer service so I switched. Dr. Stoecker was nice, pleasant, made me feel comfortable, and listened. Looking forward to having her as my PCP. Happy to be a NW patient.

I wish I could say the same, but I feel the staff at the 75th street location are clueless as to what appointments the physicians have on the agenda. Most are rude, very unprofessional! Any other recommendations for pain management doctors? Would travel to Chicago if necessary!
