Northwestern PT bills as if you were in a hospital, therefore you are paying at least 20% of your bill after paying a deductible! Whereas going to an Athletico costs your co pay. They DO NOT tell you this until after you have been seen!
Shanti was our main therapist and she was fantastic (5 star). A few other therapists were more hesitant and not as knowledgeable (2 star). My son regained full movement of his injured hand. Very friendly and helpful.
My experience here was a joke and I have written to cadence directly but of course....no response. You show up to your appointment and have a different person each time usually working with you....or should I say pull up the pre-made list of exercises the computer says to do....then do the bare minimum work with you whatsoever. No skill or anything applied to you from their therapists to actually help the reason you're there....it's just like the McDonald's of pt.....get you in and get you out.
