Convenient location, staff members are friendly. Parking can be a bit challenging at times.
There are Specialist doctor's offices on the second floor and Urgent Care on the first floor. They can do blood draw, but primarily do it for the specialist cocos that are on the second floor.
My grievances are not with the staff at this location but more Northwestern Medicine as a system. The staff as this location has also been pleasant and accommodating and have always treated me with respect. I scheduled my annual appointment through MyChart in July in order to get an appointment in November of that same year.
