Major attitude from Kentia at front desk.Zero customer service skills ,nor service recovery efforts. Even after my own redirection efforts,she continued to escalate the situation by being argumentative and confrontational. She should absolutely not be a patient facing member of staff. Other experiences at this location have been extremely professional and helpful.
