Like my doctor, but not much else. Have been a patient at Northwestern Medicine for over 10 years now. Have been noticing a decline in the quality of staff and service over the last 5 years or so. The lack of care and increase in incompetence is seriously disappointing (and beyond aggravating).
Great healthcare, excellent facility. Seen right away.
The facility is new and clean and all the staff I’ve interacted with are wonderful.
