NW Medicine (Kishwaukee Hospital) is horrid. First of all, Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb, IL. is STILL KISH...no matter what they change the name to. The same lack of quality, rude staff, etc....While there for a brain aneurism, I found onion in my BED and was put in a room dirty room. When I complained (as I was PAYING FOR THAT ROOM) I got excuses. Northwestern Medicine either has to come down HARD on KISH to raise their standards, or drop them completely.
