Yikes... Good luck every getting ahold of anyone at this office. Questions about a prescription? Question for a nurse? Take a number, wait an hour on-hold, talk with a call center rep who tells you the office will get back in 24-48 hours. Hope you don't have any questions over the weekend. Spoke with office management to voice my concerns, but they don't plan to do anything about that.
Dr is amazing!! But hard to get in touch with the office. You can’t do anything about the weekend because it’s closed. On weekdays, You wait on hold for almost an hour then when you get in touch with someone they say they will call you back. There goes another hour. Before you know it the day is over and you never got in touch. We are dealing with an infant here. I think service should be a bit faster.
Dr. Panner always makes me feel like I am part of my medical care.
If you ever have any issues with this office, please don't waste your time speaking with "Angie." She's supposed to oversee the "practice" "operations" and clinical staff, I don't understand how that's possible when she claims she lacks clinical knowledge. With that being the case, how would she even begin to hold individuals accountable or provide appropriate service to patients (who without them you wouldn't have a "practice" or ability to pay staff including herself).
