RUN FAR AWAY from NWM if you have any urgent issues that need to be addressed. If you stick with them, expect wait times in the 4-6months range. If you have anything particular concerning call your insurance and hope you have other options because scheduling with this network is a dumpster fire
Impossible to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Several years ago they had a consulting firm come in and do some work for them. As a result, their scheduling and new patient accept practices changed. Nowadays you wait several months (if not more) for an appointment. It is sadly no longer a first class location for care. If anybody knows of a good place in Chicago with strong PCP, would love to know it. I’m looking elsewhere.
Just a nightmare to deal with. Months wait for an appointment, rude and dismissive staff, long waits, clerical errors and issues with communication. It's a miserable experience dealing with them.
Catherine the front desk person was very good and nice. Tabitha the nurse was great at taking vitals. The phlebotomist was very good. Lekshmi Nair was great at doctoring during my physical.
