Terrible experience. Prentice is a big, anonymous factory and they don't care about your individual wishes or your birthing experience. They do things one way here, and if you request anything else they will attack and coerce you.
Take your birth plan and light it on fire. As many other reviews have noted, Prentice is a big machine that does things exactly one way and doesn't care what you want or what your experience is like. They chew you up and spit you out. You are just a number here. They ignored or rejected most of our requests and made us feel like idiots (or criminals) for asking. I honestly didn’t know it was possible to have such a positive birth experience, and I am so grateful to everyone who made the birth of our baby boy such a wonderful memory. From the moment I arrived at 4 cm dilated, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. Every step was explained clearly, all my questions were answered, and I always felt involved in my care. My nurse was incredible. Didn’t have the delivery i was hoping for, however, a huge shoutout to Jayce! Idk if that’s how his name is spelled, but if it wasn’t for him & how calming & reassuring he was in that C-Section room - i wouldn’t have made it. Thank you for being the kindest, most compassionate. Def God sent! Thank you for sharing that your fiancé’s friends name is almost the same as my baby boy’s. To him it was just another shift, to me? I won’t forget him.
Great experience with Dr. Albayati and the provider team at Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Center! For my first mammogram, I had a bit of nerves coming in to the appointment but everyone was kind and gentle throughout the process. Great team!
