Love this Hospital and the doctors, I had a rare twin pregnancy and had to be admitted in the hospital for over a month and they took great care of me. I give them a 10/10. Only negative thing is the food could be better but the care and nurses and doctors are awesome and i greatly appreciate them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a billing issue that Prentice Northwestern has refused to fix for 2-years. They will not bill my insurance, they just keep billing me for the full amount without billing my insurance. I've called 8x in 2 years (and spent a total of 20 hours on the phone) and they say they will fix it and the bill will be put on hold until they do. Experience with delivery: Amazing hospital, skilled, thoughtful, empathetic, and caring doctors, nurses and staff. We have had 2 babies at Prentice and were impressed both times. It’s a top notch facility, clean, organized, efficient, even the view and food is great (my wife was shocked by how good both times). Being right next door, and physically connected to one of the best children’s hospital in the country is another major pro and worry alleviator that cannot be understated.
