My mom had a D&C and Hysteroscopy done today. From the lounge to the rooms, the place was clean, organized and comfortable. The person in the check-in was nice, friendly and explained very clearly. The lady that put on my mom’s IV did an excellent job, usually it would take a couple times for other professionals to locate her veins, but she was able to do it on the first try! This was my third pregnancy here at prentice, and I could say this is by far the best experience I had. Natalie Thompson delivered my second and third baby and I’m grateful for her, she’s always so positive and makes you feel comfortable throughout your labor. Let’s not forget I had the funniest and most caring NURSES ever. Starting from my triage RN Skylar, then my RN Tiffany from my labor room, and last RN Robin which she was super caring by taking care of me after delivery. Amazing staff
Thank you for everything. The team of doctors, nurses and other staff with my moms care team. You all will hold a special place in my heart for all the care and compassion you showed. She loved joking around with Caroline especially 💜(her 14th floor night nurse). You all supported my mom, brother and I through the hardest time in our life. Forever grateful ...God bless 🙏
They are very good at what they do and they’re very considerate people nurses that do the examinations for the mammograms. They are very good at what they do.
