I wish we had more options through our insurance, but unfortunately we don’t. This office is horrific. I waited years to get this appointment. I had originally scheduled one, through the call center, but it was deleted or never changed. In June the call center was able to get me another one in late September. I had my mother take them since I had an upper respiratory infection. Very rude personal in the front. A blonde lady with short hair more in the heavier side is always rude and discriminative. She’s always in a bad mood. Didn’t want to make an appointment for my nice even thought she’s a premature baby just because the insurance was still being updated with the new baby. Wonderful staff across the board 👏
Our pediatric doctor is great, but to the nurse that rolled her eyes when my sick, nervous, crying, Autistic daughter walked in...thank you for making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope you never have to feel that as a mother. It is hard enough without that attitude.
