Crying because i'm behind on my kids vaccines due to moving from another state and the closest place that takes our insurance and new patients(before the year 2027) is 45 minutes away. Everyone was very cold and rude and that was BEFORE they screwed up weighing my 2 month old. Her weight was extremely wrong at this practice. The doctor said she was “STARVING.” her choice of words. BUT they need to check their scale, because she weighed a pound “more” at a different medical practice the following day, and I watched them calibrate that scale myself. To give people here the benefit of the doubt, it WAS a Monday, but every person I interacted with except for the receptionist was unpleasant towards me.
Made an appointment to see the pediatrician for a 2nd opinion two weeks ago. Got a call this morning saying that if we don’t transfer care to their facility we wouldn’t be offered a 2nd option.
