I was admitted to Palos/NW 4 days ago with a serious health condition and despite being miserable, my experience here has been nothing short of perfection. Every single employee, at all times of the night and day, has been exceptionally professional, attentive, compassionate, competent and caring. I have worked in health care for 40+ years and have never seen anything comparable. Model of perfection in all aspects. Thank you to all those involved, obviously those from the top down.
would like to file a complaint regarding the treatment I received on 09/16/2025 in your Emergency Department. I arrived in a critical condition, suffering from severe diarrhea, nausea, and clear symptoms of food poisoning. Despite the urgency of my situation, I was left waiting for more than two hours without any doctor or nurse asking about my condition or providing any medical attention. Literally telling me I’m okay when I still have wheezing in my chest and obvious coughing and I’m a dialysis patient with twitching
Do not go to this hospital. The ER people are rude unprofessional. They keep you for 5 days or for weeks. You can't sign yourself out. They lock you up like you are in prison. They lie about your medical condition. If your test come back negative or your not sick they will keep you there for weeks instead of release you and give your bed to a real sick person.They force you with drugs needle shots that you don't want to take.
