This location is great! The atmosphere is great! The employees are fun and very enjoyable! Kristyn Taylor is a magician. She makes physical therapy fun for me. I have had terrible back pain for years. I haven't been able to walk a block without crying. I took a three mile walk last week with no tears!! You get one on one treatment here so you feel safe and confident it what you are doing. 10/10 recommend! Also shout out to Michelle up front who is always so warm and inviting!
I would like to give this location and specifically Kristyn Taylor the zero stars she deserves! She was not only late meeting me she did not apologize for that. She repetitively asked me the same questions three different times. I didn’t know going to physical therapy was going to be such an intrusive experience. When you tell your physical therapist, a.k.a.
