It has been almost a year now since quitting tobacco. I must say; without the help of the Center & there wonderful, caring, coordinator; Carol Sourhard; I would not have been as successful as I have. If you are serious about quitting smoking; this is the best place to be.
Carol provided the path to quitting my pack and a half a day habit. It's not a miracle and it isn't easy, but I am convinced I would not have been able to get to this point without her help. 4 months - 0 cigarettes.
