*Besides the one girl I talked to twice (she was so nice) they are absolutely horrible!* After weeks of trying to get an obgyn appointment (they said I needed a copy of my ultrasound to book an appointment), I had to go to the ER. I got another ultrasound diagnosing a medical issue, so my 2nd ultrasound was already on file, and I needed a follow up appointment to determine if my issue has resolved (on top of the prenatal care I need). Impossible to get a pre-natal appointment. Have been coming here for regular gyni visits, and it has been fine. When it comes to scheduling pre-natal appointments it has been a complete nightmare. Their scheduling system is terrible. Go somewhere else.
I had an appointment at 3:30 and arrived at check in at 3:38. I understand I was late, which I immediately apologized for upon greeting, mentioning I was driving from my job thirty minutes away and that I also left 20 minutes early to make sure I could make my appointment. She responded with “Well, you’re still late and we won’t take you.” (Keep in mind, they have a grace period of 15 minutes which I was later told by another worker when I asked).
