Well-intentioned but overwhelmed providers who do not seem to have the time to provide indepth assessment and care to expecting patients. Certainly do not have the time to get to know individual patients, as multiple providers showed zero indication of recognition when I happened to see them outside of the patient room well into my pregnancy. Would love to get in contact with someone. They offer a service where they call you back so you dont have to wait on hold forever. Received a call back saying I was 'next in line.' Continued to hold for 30 minutes. What does one person work in central scheduling? What a joke.
Really bad experience really bad… the receptionist was very rude..!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.. they don’t care where you’re coming from.. just go somewhere else if you got an option really really terrible…!!
I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and nurses here but I cannot say enough bad things about their billing. They have sent me bills long after services. Be prepared to for it to be a surprise and take multiple calls to find answers. You will pay more with northwestern. It’s the only hospital group I’ve had this much trouble with for bills. Again the staff at the offices are fantastic!! Just be prepared to pay extra or ask a million questions prior to billing.
