While inside the fitness center, all members are required to wear face coverings over their nose and mouth when entering the facility, when in public areas in the facility and when inside the fitness center, both before and after entering and exiting the pool area, both before and after exercising in studios and both before and after exercising on the fitness floor.
They have a wonderful team of trainers that are extremely knowledgeable.

I’m now retired and enjoyed employee fitness program with NWLFH. Extremely satisfied with my outcome as staff was supportive and the facility is clean and exercise/sports machines are well maintained.
