Called to schedule lab draws, availability within one day. Quick, smooth, and easy blood draw with excellent care!
I like the service at the lab, all people very nice. However, you need to make an appointment for blood test can not walk in. Can not make it on line for this location for some reason and cannot get through on the phone.
This office is a mess, twice I’ve had to deal with inefficiency in last few days. The coordinators aren’t sure how ship boxes out for blood work, your appt time is way over delayed past your scheduled time. Someone needs to get in there and fix this mess
I tried to drop off a medical sample and after waiting 25 mins, no sign of anyone actually working in the lab. I had to leave and now will need to repeat the test, but I'll choose a different lab.
I’m confused by all of the negative reviews! Maybe it’s because I confirmed my appointment online and/or was able to come on a weekday morning but there was no wait time- I was seen almost immediately. Also the single best interaction I’ve ever had with a phlebotomist- both in how quickly and painlessly she worked and how warm and informative she was.
