Great staff, couldn’t feel a thing, no wait time, convenient location
It's so sad how nwu has become nothing but a careless profit factory. Long gone are the days when they cared, had a PROFESSIONAL staff and were accessible. Total disgrace.
Wonderful, friendly service when I come in for labs, but the process for dropping off a sample is poor. Samples cannot be dropped off when the lab is closed for lunch, but the lunch hour is not posted anywhere that I could see—the website, appointment notes, the door. I am now waiting as a walk in to drop off a sample. I would have made an appointment if advised to do so, but was told to “drop it off any time.”
Called to schedule lab draws, availability within one day. Quick, smooth, and easy blood draw with excellent care!
I like the service at the lab, all people very nice. However, you need to make an appointment for blood test can not walk in. Can not make it on line for this location for some reason and cannot get through on the phone.
