Review written 08/18/2026. If you’re a cancer patient I would run far away from this lab. Currently standing here feeling like my hand was like butchered by somebody who dug in my hand with a needle and kept twisting it. And some guy who pompously kept boasting about how he was a paramedic as I kind of scoffed thinking like buddy I doubt you’ve dealt w leukemia veins too often ( my presumptions were correct, as he was mystified by my veins) After about 7 needles, and after they all praised themselves at how “good” of phlebot... read more
Great staff, couldn’t feel a thing, no wait time, convenient location
It's so sad how nwu has become nothing but a careless profit factory. Long gone are the days when they cared, had a PROFESSIONAL staff and were accessible. Total disgrace.
Wonderful, friendly service when I come in for labs, but the process for dropping off a sample is poor. Samples cannot be dropped off when the lab is closed for lunch, but the lunch hour is not posted anywhere that I could see—the website, appointment notes, the door. I am now waiting as a walk in to drop off a sample. I would have made an appointment if advised to do so, but was told to “drop it off any time.”
Called to schedule lab draws, availability within one day. Quick, smooth, and easy blood draw with excellent care!
