A hospital should be a place of healing, and a place where those who need it most can get help and be heard. But at this emergency room, there is a consistent pattern of negligence and cruelty toward their patients. It's really bad, I thought something could change, but it's only gotten worse over the years. My mom has experienced some of the worst of it and it's sickening. I HATE THIS PLACE!! You come here for help and all they do is play in your face because they’re northwestern they think they’re a no consequences.

It's amazing how a friendly nurse can make a trip to the ER so much more bearable. Big shout out to nurse Kelsey for taking great care of my mom. The other staff were just as amazing. My mom was well informed of what was happening and what the plan was. I'm incredibly grateful to you all!

Went in for an emergency for my 3 year old son at 1230 am and they got us in right away. Very friendly and the rooms were private for our little guy.
