It's amazing how a friendly nurse can make a trip to the ER so much more bearable. Big shout out to nurse Kelsey for taking great care of my mom. The other staff were just as amazing. My mom was well informed of what was happening and what the plan was. I'm incredibly grateful to you all!

Went in for an emergency for my 3 year old son at 1230 am and they got us in right away. Very friendly and the rooms were private for our little guy.

My nurse easther was so great and kind to me. On the other hand dr.conrad was absolutely horrible. And the charge nurse toby wasnt any better. He didnt listen to me at all and when I had something to say he basically said ok well follow up with primary and didnt address it there. At that point I didnt even know why I was there since they didnt do anything for besides tell me my lab work was good. I had to tell 3 different nurses that I wanted to speak to the doctor. He never came back I ended up just leaving.
