Went in for an emergency for my 3 year old son at 1230 am and they got us in right away. Very friendly and the rooms were private for our little guy.
My nurse easther was so great and kind to me. On the other hand dr.conrad was absolutely horrible. And the charge nurse toby wasnt any better. He didnt listen to me at all and when I had something to say he basically said ok well follow up with primary and didnt address it there. At that point I didnt even know why I was there since they didnt do anything for besides tell me my lab work was good. I had to tell 3 different nurses that I wanted to speak to the doctor. He never came back I ended up just leaving.
This place is HORRIBLE. Absolutely horrendous and unacceptable wait times. I get that it can get busy, but what on earth are they doing to reduce wait times? My 3 year old son had an open fracture that probably needs surgery and we had to wait close to 4 HOURS to get taken for a room. This is an EMERGENCY room. Imagine letting a 3 year old with a serious fracture wait for 4 hours to be treated. Disgusting and despicable. They should be ashamed of the way things are run there.
I have my baby he sick I took him to this place they made me wait 5 hours and my baby crying they let everybody in and they didn’t let me in and I got baby 1 year old and 6 months god bless America
Wait time tonight is 4 hours and counting Update: They took me back after 5 hours. Ended up admitting me. After being admitted, let me sit in pain because the hospitalist didn't put orders in correctly beforehand. Then, food. I ordered a lunch tray. They forgot some of the items. The person bringing me up the tray said they'd get the missing items... 30 minutes later, they still hadn't. I made a mistake coming here. Try to find a place that cares about you, even if it means an extra hour of driving!
