I had a very long detailed comment about my pain this past month and my experience with this pain management clinic as well as Northwestern Hospital as a whole. Long story short. 1.) my exact situation is the same as their other person with the 1 rating. Same result. Refused to treat me and I’m in pain that goes way beyond a 10/10. Told me to just take Advil and Tylenol for pain and do physical therapy and join a gym. Told them norco barely works and I need a long term pain management plan even if it’s not an opioid. I was in extreme pain it took almost a month before I got any relief. After 6 weeks to get the injection. Call back 3 weeks asking for a refill on a anti-inflammatory prescription. She did fill it but told me after that I was going to have to go back to my family physician. I was under her care for pain management so she just pushed it off to another doctor.. after all was going there for pain management
