Ridiculous! I tried multiples times just to make an appointment as a new patient and after keeping me on hold for over twenty minutes they offered me an appointment over six months away. The person I spoke with also had an attitude right from the start. Go Elsewhere! Seriously, this is not how you do things.
I show up w chest problems and ask them if they take my insurance, I even called my insurance company to confirm. the lady at the front desk said "yes we accept your insurance" months later I have a bill for around $2300 they charged me $150 for blood work and then $1500 to send my blood work off to the hospital. Awful system.
Very disappointed with nm had a dr for over 15 years. Dr decided to not practice. When she came back could not get appt. I would be consider a new patient. So instead of getting to a dr that I'v known for 15 +years, they tell me to go to new primary that has treated me to 6months. ????
