They need to get their act together. My husband had an appointment which he got to earlier. Then the Glenview center told him it was at Lake Forest Hospital. They they told him it was back at Glenview which he returned. He had not brought his phone and being diabetic I was concerned he had passed out. I called the Glenview office and the said they would look for him and update me if he ever arrived for his appointment. No one ever did. I had to call the Glenview police who went over and verified that he indeed had gotten to ... read more
