Love this location, my primary is on point the staff on the second floor always friendly and professional. Staff on 1st floor cold, short and an attitude.
Declined to see me because I had no appointment. There was no one in the waiting room. What is the point of URGENT care if an appointment is required?
I just wanted to share the positive experience I had at this location today! The wait from check in to getting called back was less than 10 minutes. After triage, the doctor came in within 5 minutes. Dr. Qasem was so friendly and kind, the entire visit was extremely efficient. This was a breeze compared to trying to get into a PCP!
