Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Every time i’ve been to this location I get in super quick, the MA’s are always amazing! Oleksiy who helped my daughter & I today was so helpful with my toddler who was scared of getting a throat swab & made her smile right after with some stickers. This is my go to immediate care.
This is the dirtiest and most unsanitary immediate care I’ve ever gone to..I’m glad I only came in to do a quick lab and leave I would not have wanted to sit there for more than the ten minutes that I was there..Love the Huntley offices but clearly there is lack of care here.
I wanted to shout out Cathy/Kathy for her excellent care. I recently had brain surgery, and have been having such a miserable time recovering. I came for a post-op CT scan, and she went above and beyond to keep me as comfortable as possible. You could feel her actions were genuine, and came from a place of real concern for my well-being. That feeling has stuck with me ever since that CT scan. Give this wonderful woman a raise!
