Declined to see me because I had no appointment. There was no one in the waiting room. What is the point of URGENT care if an appointment is required?
I just wanted to share the positive experience I had at this location today! The wait from check in to getting called back was less than 10 minutes. After triage, the doctor came in within 5 minutes. Dr. Qasem was so friendly and kind, the entire visit was extremely efficient. This was a breeze compared to trying to get into a PCP!
This place has always been kind and they have always found what is wrong.
Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Every time i’ve been to this location I get in super quick, the MA’s are always amazing! Oleksiy who helped my daughter & I today was so helpful with my toddler who was scared of getting a throat swab & made her smile right after with some stickers. This is my go to immediate care.
