This cannot be right. For a less than 10 minute visit where after a very brief visual inspection I got a prescription for a prophylactic antibiotic; and now this got coded as 99204 moderate MDM for 500 dollars. That is absolutely inaccurate and never encountered that before for similar urgent care visits. There was absolutely no complexity or any tests and diagnostics nor medical history that would at all justify this.
Rude and non cooperative representatives. Unhelpful to patient needs and not to mention some of them are quite arrogant and not patient care focused at all foe a medical facility. I would suggest go to another urgent care
Had to go for a CT scan with Barium and IV, Barium is Nasty! I could not drink it all and when they took me back, they said I had to drink it all, I said even if I throw it up? He finally said it was ok and took me back and the whole process took maybe 15 min. Worst part is drinking that stuff an hour before you have to go in. Its 2026 you would think they would have a better concoction for that stuff.
I always have a positive experience here! The care team listens, is super helpful and kind, and I’ve been here for many different reasons/had all different staff.
