One of the worst hospital in Chicago - Northwestern Hospital. You might think that you are going to Chicago’s best hospital but you will be very much disappointed after going there. There is only one doctor for the entire emergency room(s) and he looks like that he just finished his school and was sent here because the hospital don’t care at all about the patients. Receptionist rude and lacked empathy. Did not get seen by anyone
Don’t bother making an appointment, it’s pointless. I made an appointment for 5:00 & arrived at 4:45, but I had to voluntarily leave at 7:00 because they still hadn’t seen me. I understand wait times at urgent care clinics, but then appointments shouldn’t be offered. Waste of time
Been here numerous times. Usually the wait is decent and you can make an appointment online. Staff is friendly and professional. Really appreciate the NM physicians
Had to bring my partner into the Immediate Care - Streeterville today. We got in quickly and were seen and treated equally quickly. We are in hospitals or urgent care centers 3-4 times a year due to chronic illness. We obviously encounter a wide range of medical personnel, and the good ones stand out. Today, our nurse was Kashell and she was amazing. She was very attentive and sympathetic. She didn’t just treat my wife, she tried to make her as comfortable as possible the entire time.
