Northwestern Medicine directs you to contact your "care team" via MyChart for follow-up questions, but there is no way to contact any provider from any of their Immediate Care facilities that I have ever visited, using MyChart. This makes it functionally impossible to ask a follow-up question. I confirmed with a family member that they have the same issue. That's really unreasonable. Providers and patients are imperfect. Beware for patient pickups – this facility is located in a commercial development (The Roosevelt Collection) with automated parking enforcement that appears to treat time on the road as parking, even when a vehicle does not occupy a marked or signed space. There are cameras near the intersection that capture license plates, and I was notified by mail of an $87 charge for unauthorized parking despite not having parked. I went here tonight to get treatment for a dog bite as it was one of only a few urgent cares in Chicago open on Saturday evening. It's right in the Roosevelt Collection which has a huge parking lot, and thankfully they validate your parking. It was super quiet and basically empty when I arrived, save for the woman working doing intake. She was very kind and professional and the intake was fast and easy.
