Fast, efficient, location is great, parking is easy and staff was professional and courteous. I did go at 9:30 AM on a Saturday, so I am not sure how it would be if it were busy, but my experience was good and the treatment was good. I will definitely go again if needed.
I was seen in a timely manner however, my discharge summary is incomplete, the physical therapy information is wrong because it list Athletico but it has a Northwestern phone number and, my prescription was sent to Osco then to Walgreens then to CVS and it still has not been filled so now I’m calling around trying to get answers and appointments when they should’ve handled all of this for me! The doctor failed to list all of my reasons for going to urgent care and she just picked one issue so this is truly a disservice to me... read more
I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this urgent care facility. I was met with dismissiveness and a clear lack of compassion—particularly from the medical assistant (MA), who was not only rude but also overstepped her role by making medical judgments before I had even been seen by a physician.
