The staff and Doctors are GREAT.

I love Northwestern. I walked in and was immediately asked if I had an appointment. I didn’t mind waiting; however, there was no one waiting in the waiting room. They told me I would have to wait 4 hours for an appointment, but they had multiple appointments available online within the hour. They expressed how short staffed they were, but that doesn’t account for the difference in appointment availability.
