I had the best experience today. My MA (I believe his name was Keenly?) was the kindest and caring person. I felt so at ease and he just made my experience so positive. In addition, I had a PA named Iryna who was so sweet and really took the time to assess me and address my concerns. Usually in immediate care settings I feel brushed along, but today I felt heard and respected. Would highly recommend both practitioners!!

They take a long time to see you only to treat you for under a minute without accomplishing anything. I need to stop coming here.

Paid a lot of money for a misdiagnosis and to be told to go visit an ER after I left and was already home. Their xrays are woefully inadequate and overpriced. They said I had 4 broken ribs and sent me home with a prescription for lidocaine patches. ER found 6 broken ribs, 5 twice, and recognized lidocaine wasn't going to do it for the amount of pain I was in. Also, if Northwestern tries to "give" you a sling tell them no. They charge $150 for a sling that's $40 on Amazon and your insurance likely won't cover it because no on... read more
