Denied care 3 times in Immediate care by staff doing check in—not doctors and not nurses. Reason—we only have over the counter pain medicine. 2 times in ER within 10 days wrong prescription sent to drug store. Ask help from supervisor and her attitude is “I’m busy running this whole hospital and I don’t think you’re being grateful enough to be to be bothered with you”. (Date 7/14/24). 9/29/2020 If I could give Huntley Hospital a -1 star I would. If you have an emergency do not, I repeat, do not go to this facility. On Friday, September 4, 2020, Labor Day weekend, I brought my husband there with severe abdominal pains. After we were checked in, we sat there for well over an hour with my husband, who is a senior, not being seen by anyone. After I finally spoke up, they took him back into the emergency department.
