the new practice manager is horrible and rude. she needs to go. rachel and sean were great but this new one is ignorant. i have been here for 5 and half years. love dr. While inside the fitness center, all members are required to wear face coverings over their nose and mouth when entering the facility, when in public areas in the facility and when inside the fitness center, both before and after entering and exiting the pool area, both before and after exercising in studios and both before and after exercising on the fitness floor.

MY MOTHER IS IN ILL CONDITION AND WE WENT TO GO VISIT HER YESTERDAY WE WHERE TOLD MY FATHER HAD TO BE IN QUARANTINE FOR 14 DAYS SINCE HE RECITES IN FLORIDA WICH MY FATHER HAS BEEN QUARANTINED MORE THAN 30 DAYS NOW THEY WONT ALLOW HIM TO SEE HER THIS VERY RUDE AND RACIST SECURITY GUARD TOLD HIM THAT BECAUSE OF HIM NOT UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH HE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SEE MY MOTHER WHEN I CALLED THE HOSPITAL THEY TOLD ME THAT HE SAID HE HAS NOT BEEN IN QUARANTINE AND FOR THAT HE COULD NOT SEE MY MOM

Worst experience ever! Not only did they not know what they were doing, how much meds to give me, botched my care, had me stay longer because they caused me to septic for improper cleaning of their medical equipment. I paid all the bills last year and now they sent more bill saying I need to pay more when I spoke with a rep last year telling me I paid for everything.
