Took the wrong labs samples and forgot others.
Outpatient Lab never sent over results to my physician and upon calling the number to Glenview location, phone routed to different location and lady said since they are updating phone numbers and she doesn't have another number to call. All the phones are getting routed there and my only option would be to go to the location and speak to them to get results faxed over to my physician
They lost lab orders my doctor sent and verified sending. I took a half day at work to get lab orders completed for my doctor, only to spend 45 minutes in the office while they search for the orders. They then asked ME to get a new order, which wastes my time for driving over here and taking time off of work to have to come back another day when they get a new order (that they hopefully don’t lose).
