Friendly, helpful and eager to answer questions patients have. This is a one stop medical center, including an ER on site and the opportunity to get glasses on site. The cafeteria has a great selection of foods, daily specials and a salad bar that people really like.
I go to Northwestern for all of my medical needs!!!! The nursing staff is amazing at BOTH the locations I go to! I've had to see 10 specialists this year, and it can be daunting and overwhelming, but this staff has always handled my concerns, very communicative, via MyChart. Building is easy to navigate. Oh, did I mention they sell STARBUCKS coffee in the little cafeteria for a FEW DOLLARS!!!! Not kidding! Great place.
Trying to use this place for labs only. The front desk is always a major roadblock due to number of receptionist. Facility is focused on profits, not patients. Please hire proper staffing if you are going to run a health care facility. It shouldn't take 15 min to get checked in with 1 person ahead of you. Time for me to find more suitable services.
I have been here many times. My G.P. is here, I have done P.T. here, I've gotten my colonoscopy here. The facility is welcoming and relaxing. Every person I have dealt with has been so polite and helpful. I actually enjoy going to a doctor visit here.
