Trying to use this place for labs only. The front desk is always a major roadblock due to number of receptionist. Facility is focused on profits, not patients. Please hire proper staffing if you are going to run a health care facility. It shouldn't take 15 min to get checked in with 1 person ahead of you. Time for me to find more suitable services.
I have been here many times. My G.P. is here, I have done P.T. here, I've gotten my colonoscopy here. The facility is welcoming and relaxing. Every person I have dealt with has been so polite and helpful. I actually enjoy going to a doctor visit here.
What a horrible experience.Im never going back to this hospital.i feel they literally care more for a fan than my health.I asked for a fan because i was sweating profusely and felt like i was going to pass out. Even though i found a small fan that wasn't being used nor was anyone even at the station. The lights were even turned off. I was denied the fan and escorted out by security. For using a fan! I had a great overall experience at this hospital. The staff were professional, caring, and the level of service was excellent. Everything felt organized and welcoming. The only negative I noticed was with the valet service: one of the workers at the podium was on the phone yelling in Spanish. It came across as a little unprofessional in an otherwise very professional environment. Other than that, the hospital itself was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend it.
