I had a great overall experience at this hospital. The staff were professional, caring, and the level of service was excellent. Everything felt organized and welcoming. The only negative I noticed was with the valet service: one of the workers at the podium was on the phone yelling in Spanish. It came across as a little unprofessional in an otherwise very professional environment. Other than that, the hospital itself was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend it.
I ended up in the Er on 06/30/25 with and 6/4/25 kidney pain i was not treated very nice they wouldn't even give me fluids and something for voming. . But it's ok I will never come back to this place🥺🥲
Dr. Kaitlin Lima provided exceptionally thoughtful care—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly understanding. The staff was outstanding, some of the best we’ve encountered in a long time—both efficient and genuinely kind. We completed the consultation, X-rays, and blood work all within an hour
The worst emergency room around. My 4 year old has been waiting over 2 hrs to be seen. They also had an infant waiting over 2 hrs. No sense of urgency by any staff
