My doctor retired in August and I was shuffled to someone else. I had an annual physical on 12/27 at which point I also had cold/flu like symptoms. Doctor said it’s been 3 days if they persist or get worse to call and he would send in a prescription. On 1/2 I called at 10:13 and staff said they would mark it as urgent and someone would call me within the hour. At 3:11 I called again and staff told me the same thing. They show the lab hours as open until 5 pm but they turn you away if you don't arrive by 4. This is infuriating when you are rushing there in a panic over your health for a simple blood draw and then you are turned away at 4:22. Fix your website hours. YOU CLOSE AT 4PM. They didn't even offer to call the lab to see if they could take one more patient. Again this was BEFORE 4:30. Do better.
