Disgusting people with no empathy at all . Don't waste your time going here .they are only good at taking your money . If there was an option to Shut the place down I would support it .
I would give them a zero if I could. In August I was in the er for severe vertigo. I called to make an appointment in Grayslake and they scheduled me for a month later. I figured they were good since I had to wait. The day before my appointment they canceled and instead of getting me the next available time they rescheduled for a month later. The only negative thing I have to say is the patients have been outwardly rude that come into care and have made scenes because they believe they are more important than everyone else waiting for care and if you have a uterus and are going into the ER for uterus related issues to just stand your ground and get all your questions answered. I have been brushed off in one way or the other by every doctor I’ve come into contact with anywhere when it comes to uterus related issues and this ER is no different. Very VERY poorly managed. They just throw people in rooms after an unreasonably long wait time and leave people in rooms with no updates for unreasonably long times. Nobody seems to have any answers as to why we wait and they seem irritated that you ask. A little communication goes a long way, and communication is not what happens here. Only go here if you absolutely have to.
Just go to Condell or over the border to one of the Wisconsin nearby E.R's, this place ridiculous slowly!!!! Even if you are within 2-3 hours of the next nearest E.R. It's still a better choice because you will wait to be seen longer here!
