I've used this location since it opened and it's always a pleasure going here. Everyone is warm and welcoming and puts you at ease.

Everyone was so nice. I didn’t have to wait very long and then I was treated to a nice, warm cuddly robe and a relaxing music in the ladies’ changing room.

I’ve been to many NM clinics. Disappointed in the rude, low empathy, lazy front desk/ check in staff. I guess that’s what you get in Evanston if you don’t fit their type of patient. Some normal people skills would be appreciated but seems as though it’s harder to come by post Covid. If you’re looking for common sense staff that treat you like a patient and not a number behind a plastic hang down screen, go somewhere else .
