This place is the epitome of greed. Went in for an MRI and they tried charging me $5.3k with insurance, the most disgusting part was they were pushing for me to take the MRI and pay later knowing it would cost $5.3k out of pocket, I went to a different place and was quoted less than $500 with insurance. Don’t support this place, they dont care about healthcare they care about money, truly evil and lacks of empathy.
I had to come here for my mammogram, normally I go to downtown main street chicago. But the had to change my appointment and couldn't get me in as soon as I needed. So they sent me here. Never again, tech was rude, not friendly or talkative at all. And was careless handling my breast. Love the downtown clinic.
Go elsewhere for your imaging. I’ve been battling very bad neck pain. Came to this location for an MRI & the results were so poor that my surgeon said that I need to retake the exam. I arrived 12 minutes late for my retake today & the team refused to see me, although their next appointment wasn’t until 75 mins later. My exam only takes 20 mins, in normal street clothes. I will not be returning.
Mammogram tech said I needed follow up screening but my insurance wouldn’t cover it (long story involving BCBS plan and confusion over my primary doctor’s three digit medical group code and the referral not being honored because the doctor was listed in the wrong group code and BCBS admitting their mistake on a recorded line but still not honoring doctor’s referral).
