Drove 40 min from Geneva to be told I could not have my young children with me per their policy. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of this prior to the visit or when making the appointment months in advance. I Was told they sent me an email to let me know this. This is the email NO where does it state that children cannot accompany their parents to doctors visits.
