Have not been there yet, but the first appointment I could get as a new patient is 1 year out (Jan. 2027). The person who answered the phone weas exetremely helpful though.
Dr. Pipitone is awesome! She helped get my treatment plan’s prior authorization approved. She’s helped me curate my treatment of my vascular port wine stain birthmark and I’m seeing great results. The only thing I wish could change is access to a direct phone number, instead of being sent to the general Northwestern number. They always have to “send a note to the office” or call FOR me, instead of me being able to get a hold of them myself. That’s it.
I have seen Dr Gandhi for the last 2 years. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and answers all my questions. The office staff is great too.
Not happy. The receptionist is the only one who listens and helps. I was left hanging without a concern for the issues, and pain, that I was experiencing. Awful waste of time not to mention the prolonged agony.
