I was scheduled to take Infusion today. I broke my ankle 2 days ago and I could not make my gi said not a problem to take a few days later but the infusion center/debbie told me that they can not move the day and that I would have 2 restart the whole infusion process over and the earliest they could do is 4 weeks out a date I already had for next dose. Just curious you have Patience that get sick or can’t make it and you push them in to getting the infusion at any cost at that time I don’t understand how this is healthy/safe... read more

I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with the level of care (or lack thereof) I received for my ear infection. I came to them already dealing with a painful, stubborn ear infection. The medication I was prescribed ran out, but the infection is clearly still lingering and causing me significant distress. Instead of helping me finish healing or preventing the infection from flaring back up, both doctors flat-out refused to refill my medicine. Their reasoning? They actually told me that I need to "wait until I get worse first" ... read more
Wait times are ridiculous. Stick an iv in you and try and find a seat. Hopefully you feel better on your own because you might die waiting to see somebody.
I was brought here to the ER. Staff and nurse were friendly, but the people who answer phones and take informtion about billing need to be a little patient, not everyone understands processes and terms. They sound like they do not like their jobs and I was still on the line when someone was whining about me saying this lady is trying to reach billing and has no idea, blah blah.
