I was admitted from the ER and placed in a shared room - yes, shared. Entirely unacceptable. One nurse told us he was shocked when the hospital started “bunking people up” two to a room. He said the medical staff was told is was because of the flu, which the nurse stated had actually not been an issue. The nurse chalked it up to greed. They leave you in the hospital way too long racking up the money
Your phone system is terrible. I having been trying to get ahold of one of my doctors for 3 days. When I finally got a real person on the phone (3 occassions) the operator said they could not hear me and disconnected me. It had to be on your end, because my phone was working fine.
Waiting 5 hours an bo cares! That a woman that is 89 is made to wait with vertigo is crazy and BS!
