RecommendedI just left NM GE convenient care's Covid testing. So EASY. you drive around following signs, park and call. today an actual doctor did my swab! Because of my job I have had multiple (7) nasopharyngeal swabs since April. none have been painful, some annoying or itchy. but Dr. Regan did the BEST swab hands down. I didn't even feel it. Plus, he treated me like a patient where some places (DuPage Co testing) treat you like a leper. incompetence in their imaging techs. they were incapable of finding a usable vein and refused to perform the mri I had booked.
My husband had an MRI scheduled for 3pm at the Glen Ellyn facility, was told to arrive 15 min early. He arrived at 2:30 and at 4pm had been skipped over then told it would be at least another 30 minutes. It's now 5:36pm and he's finally done. We'll never schedule an MRI here again, we'll go to the hospital where your check in is smooth and your procedure is timely.
I was told by my Dr. to go get lab work done at a CDH "convenient" care. Well, it is anything but... Arrived at 12:35, it is now 10 minutes after 1pm, and I still have not even been called to check in. Quest diagnostics had appointments ready for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This is horrible service. I count 4 total in waiting room, 2 arrived after me! I will never again use a CDH CC for a simple lab visit. In 5 more minutes I am walking out of here.
