Very unprofessional. Kirstin, the case manager I had for two years suddenly turned on me for no apparent reason. Although I was suffering from anxiety due to her refusal to return any communications from me, she continued this for days until I got kicked out of the CSP program for getting frustrated. Although I was suffering from anxiety due to her refusal to return any communications from me, she continued this for days until I got kicked out of the CSP program for getting frustrated. I am the one who is paying the price for the case manager's awful behavior while she has not been held accountable for the mess her own actions caused to happen.
They lie, break ethics codes, and are very unprofessional. The case manager I had for two years suddenly turned on me for no apparent reason. Although I was suffering from anxiety due to her refusal to return any communications from me, she cruelly continued this until I got kicked out of the program for being upset over my maltreatment from her.
