Very helpful and very kind people. I have recommended this service to tons of people in the area. In my opinion, don’t hesitate to go. It’s a great resource.
After missing one too many therapy appointments, they decided to cancel all my psychiatrist appointments too. How am I supposed to get my medications now? No other northwestern psych office has been this uncaring and unprofessional.
It's all I have left after my case manager kicked me to the curb. I wish all of Ben Gordon's employees were as understanding and showed the same compassion that the staff in the Living Room have shown me. The people here are genuine.
